The Team

Harm de Vries is co-founder of InDutch Ventures and heads the company’s Dutch activities. During the last decade, Harm has worked in the private equity industry where he has gained experience in negotiating financial deal terms, and in structuring, establishing, monitoring, merging and listing companies all over the world. Harm has authored the venture capital handbook “Venture Capital Term Sheets, a guide to structuring and negotiating venture capital transactions”, published by Reed Business Information in August 2005. Harm started his career as an attorney at law at an international law firm in Amsterdam and was admitted to the Amsterdam bar in 1995. Harm holds a masters degree in business law from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Viveck Agarwal is co-founder of InDutch Ventures and heads the Indian operations. Through his career at a reputed Indian investment bank and later as founder and director of a consultancy firm with offices in India and Nepal, Viveck has built a reputation as a professional and experienced senior international finance executive. His expertise covers amongst others: corporate finance, M&A, loan syndication, financial restructuring, promotion of companies, MIS, and audit and internal controls. He has worked with more than 150 companies during his professional career. Viveck is a Certified Chartered Accountant and holds a masters degree in Commerce from the Delhi University.
